Saxmundham is on the main London Liverpool Street railway line and the White Hart is only a couple of minutes walk from the station.

We have our own Private Hire taxi firm and electric cycles to hire so getting around once here is not a problem.

We can transport you and your equipment including a packed meal with a few beers or flask if you prefer, to your preferred fishing destination and collect you again afterwards.

	Day tickets are available for: Blaxhall Decoy Pond Holton Pit Weybread Pit Haylings Pond
Marsh Farm, Colston Hall, Sibton lake and Valley Farm are also local venues but you will need to make your own arrangements to obtain day tickets for these.
	Good sea fishing is available all along the heritage coast ,from Southwold in the north down through Dunwich, Sizewell, Thorpness, and, with some of the best fishing being at Aldeburgh Dirty Wall and Orford Island about seven miles away.
We have an agreement with Saxmundham Angling Centre based in the town to supply day tickets and bait which can be kept in our bait fridge at the hotel – prior notice is appreciated for supply at weekends and out of normal office hours. Saxmundham Angling Centre can also supply you with any new gear or repairs you may require whilst staying with us.
